As the COVID-19 crisis continues to unfold, I wanted to take this opportunity to provide an update on Lobster Port’s operations and to extend our hope that you, your family and your team are all safe. In addition, I want to affirm our commitment to service your needs and business over the coming weeks and months. These are challenging times for all of us and Lobster Port remains focused on supporting our customers, staff and local community.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, some of our vendors have experienced a slowdown in demand or have reduced their operations all together. On the other side, some of our commercial clients like the fishing fleet, food processing and aquaculture are creating increased need for some products. We are working hard to be flexible and search for alternative ways of operating at this time. We are continuing to bring in products and providing top notch customer service to the best of our ability. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us online or by phone so we can better plan for your needs.
As we continue to operate in these extraordinary times, we will continue to proactively communicate with you should the landscape change. Together, we will work through this!
Please stay safe.
